Yes — all types, from cosmetic refreshes to full renovations. On larger projects that need licensed trades or permits, we work alongside a general contractor so the entire job is coordinated under one plan.

A single room can often be painted or floored in a day or two. Whole-house painting, larger flooring jobs and remodels take longer. You get an estimated schedule with your written estimate, and we tell you right away if something changes.

Not necessarily. For painting and flooring we move, cover and protect furniture and floors as part of the job, and put things back when we finish. Small valuables and fragile items are best put away beforehand.

Yes. We build new fences of all types, repair posts, rails, boards and gates, and paint or stain existing fences to protect them from Bay Area moisture and sun.
